They are just cups with a 0.020 floor with a hole fitted for cree metal ring. I make them with a 0.002 press fit over the base of the reflector.

Those rings are mandatory if you want centered emiters in a head using multiple 19XR or 27XR reflectors!!

So YES definetely interrested in 8 to 12 for 19XR depending on price.

OK guys I finally got a price from my CNC shop. These will be $3 a piece for either size. I need a minimum of 100 for each size to do the run. Shipping will $5 to cover padded envelopes and fees.

If this sounds acceptable post here and I will get this rolling.

I´ve spend so much money on my QuadCree-Mag, these peanuts doesn´t hurt my anymore ... especially if I can finally fix the (cosmetical) problem with the non-centered reflectors.

Yup. If we lived in China they'd be $.25, but we don't. If anyone wants to find someone else to run them have at it. I'm really only doing this to help everyone out.
