    Duh2 Twin Sisters...

FM Gun Metal Mag1.5D, UCL lens, 3x Cree XR-E P4 WC stars, 3x modified McR20 reflectors, modified PTS heatsink, bFlex driver in custom made holder, switch modified to momentary, running on 4x 14670 LIR's.

Compared to the nFlex the bFlex is much more "modder friendly"...
Switch/driver module can be seen here.

    Lumens output at 350mA: 3x (80.6 – 87.4) = 241.8 – 262.2 Lumens.
According to Cree this will be twice as much at 1A...

    Thanks for looking.

    NICEEEEEEE !!!

I realy like MAG-s and i own quite a few of them, but i've noticed here that they are not very popular !!! I wonder........
Anyway that is some realy nice work on those mags.
BTW i need to get my paws on some CREE and SEOUL, becouse all i have now is 1W LUX that i found by accident ( they can not be found here at all ), but as luck want's it i have a lot of laptop batteries ( i have a lot of laptops, come to think of it), and there is not much to do with just batteries.DAMN !

Did you have to lower the stars to fit the McR20 reflectors?

Actually it was a PTS-C. Top wasn't altered but the bottom was machined for the correct height.

Prachtig !! Did you have fun sanding the backs of the McR-reflectors ?
For "optimum" focus with Cree emitters, I sand exactly 1.0mm from the back of the reflector...
Is it any different from your reflectors ?

    Cheers !

    For this body, can the 4x 14670 LIR's be substituted for 3x 18650 LIR's (1800mA) ?

I was told that with twins, even when seperated, they could feel eachothers pain !!

Now, If you switch on one of them, does the other one switch on by itself ???

    Very nice work !!

Have you seen the thread about why most flashlights are black ??

Looking at your pic, I can only say: Yep, black is the right color for flashlights !

I removed .035" from the back using my lathe and insulated the Cree contacts by using a teflon .010" washer.
