Story first:
For some reason when I ordered my L2S on EDIT:saturday @ 2:36 PM EST, my primary address was set to my parents house. I realized this immediately after sending payment, went into the fenix website and deleted the other address so that my billing address and shipping address (where I am @ college) is the only address they have. I have emailed them once now from the receipt page and once through their site, I WOULD send a pm to 4sevens, except that he is over his limit apparently. I'm impatient about everything  especially when it comes to waiting for new toys. My order now says incomplete now, gah!

Question now:
How long does it usually take to get a reply from fenix-store for you guys...?

thanks,
Phil

I ordered an l1dce last monday and got an e-mail the same day
Date Ordered: Monday 26 February, 2007

The comments for your order are

Steve,
The L1D CE black will not ship until later this week because
they are out of stock. But when it comes in we will ship
immediately and you will receive email confirmation.
I hope this is okay.
david

I wouldn't think it would be too long. david is real good about
responding to e-mails. he may just be real busy at the moment. hang in there:)

You ordered on Saturday. Did you forget it's a weekend?

I don't know about fenix store, But I go skiing on weekends - forget about checking email or answering phone before Monday.

Most people don't work on weekends.

Check your JUNK MAIL FOLDER. E-mails from Fenix Store (and CPF) have a nasty habbit of disappearing into my ISPs junk mail folder.

I ordered an L0D-CE this afternoon from David @Fenix-Store ~2pm EST, and realized that I wanted it shipped to the office instead of home. I emailed David back and an hour later got a response both from him and another representative! Great customer service!

Be patient, maybe you caught him at a busy time.. :)

I'm also looking for an E-mail from the Fenix Store. My L2D lost it's TURBO mode. Now it's low, med, high. Turn it to turbo and it's the same as high mode. Cleaned all contacts, replace the batteries, only high. 35 days of fun, now it's broken, that's the story of my life. Bummer I will let you know how this works out.
Dave
UPDATE:
Received an RMA number, so it's on the way back. One day service from the Fenix-Store
UPDATE 7March07
New light shipped. Now that's service!!! :goodjob:

phil - I email you back an hour ago. Check your email :) Yes, we like
most business are not open on weekends. I've got a family with two kids ya
know. We try to catch up on mondays :D

BMRSEB - yes, you got two replies because you probably submitted a message
both by email and by the store's contact us page. Actually, LOTS of people
do this and it DOUBLES our work load or you could say we're going half as
fast. We also have to double check past corresspondences and also other
email accounts so we don't do someting twice - say send out two
replacements! (which btw has happened on many occasions)

So... basically, if you guys want to help out, please just send us one email.
Please don't look up all the emails and email them all on separate occasions.
It's counter-productive and is one reason we're replying to emails all day :)

Now if there is no response after 3-4 business days, then email us again :)
I'm not angry - sorry if I sound like it - I'm just explain'in. :D

We're working hard to provide good 'o fashion service :p

Dave, whats your email? or email again so I can look you up :)
Question - so when the head is twisted in turbo mode, and you click the tailcap,
do you get strobe? If so, then either your battery is depleted or somethings
wrong with the circuit. If it behaves in standard mode, then something
is preventing contact to get into turbo mode. Make sense? If this
doesn't resolve things I'll be have to do a replacement. :D

I've been up for two days working on a design for Medea and just generally tweaking out. I absolutely forgot that you probably don't work on weekends. My bad, I just can't wait to have something OTHER than an X-1 :):):)

Done deal.. Looking forward to my L0D-CE.. I have some 10440's on their way.. No, I won't use the High mode (on 10440), for more than a couple of minutes. Just enough to wow friends..:grin2:

David is a class act. I recently showed my L1P CE to a "Coast 3 AAA" carrying LEO. needless to say I gave him the fenix-store contact info. Fenix innovation is superb. 4 Sevens combines this with old fashioned service. I enjoy the product, I look forward to buying my next Fenix although I'm trying to cut down;-):lolsign:
