MagLite: Quick Question, Help Appreciated

Hey guys,

Does the genuine MagLite Charger Lens(Window) fit the regular 2D MagLites? I'm fed up of the plastic lenses scratching.

Also, does anyone know where I can get a Cammed, Low Orange peel Reflector for a 2D Maglite? The condition is that it must be available for purchase within the UK.

It doesent as far as i know, but i didnt try it and i dont have the charger here right now. i know for sure that the mag charger reflector wont fit in a D mag without shaving off aproximatly 1mm around it.

I think Fivemega has cammed MOP reflectors and borofloat (pyrex-ish) lenses available. You have to get them through the mail but it seems pretty painless.

Stock MC lense WILL fit C/D M*glites. You can NOT use the gasket that comes with the MC lense, and the bezel will not screw down all the way. But it works well enough that I did it to all of my Hotwire M*gs.
