I just recieved a Vital Gear 2 cell body/SF E2 head combo from Highorder in a trade, great little combo, almost as powerful as a P60 based SF in a far more pocket-freindly size....
love the fact that the body can tailstand, the clicky is nice, and i really like the bezel-down carry, the only problem is there's no LOTC, so accidental switch-ons are possible if carried deep-pocket....
i tried to figure out a way to lock out the tailcap, but it's just not possible on the VG body
then it hit me....
why not lock out the *BEZEL*, a simple half-turn of the bezel breaks contact with the batteries, preventing accidental activation

now to see if i can avoid the lure of E2 series Lego-ing, i've already had to stop myself from ordering some Lumensfactory bulbs, stopped myself from looking at the SureFire KL1/KL4 heads, but i'm not sure if i can resist, after all, i'm only buying a lamp assembly/head, it's not like i'm buying another *flashlight*, right?.......
