Is it normal for a li-ion (BatteryStation) to self-discharge?

I've got a blue wrapped Battery Station RCR123. I don't used it that much, but even with light usage (w/ a single cell kl4) it gets recharged about once a month. The last two or three times I charged it up, it works fine off the charger, but I noticed a couple of days later it reads 0.0 volts on my multimeter. I thought maybe I was dumb enough to leave the light on and I assume that's the protection circuit jumping in. However, the last two times I charged the battery, tested it (works), then removed it from the light and tested it again two or three days later, the voltage again reads 0.0. What's up and is there any way I can fix it?

All of my li i0n batteries hod a charge for a long time unused. Probably bad...see if Battery Station will take it back...if it hasn't been too long since you bought it.
