minmagled 2aa flicker

i've been having a really bad problem with my minimagled 2aa flickering...
1)anyone else have this problem?
2)has anyone ever contacted maglite customer service?

You can return it anywhere they sell Mags no problem, no need to get in touch with customer service, however if you wish to they have a very good record of customer service.

I would try new batteries and cleaning the light before going to these extremes though.

I had the same problem...my MagLED was flickering so much it was almost unuseable. I went to Radio Shack and bought some Deoxit and Progold, used it on my light and it's been more than two months without a single flicker! The only exception is a couple of times when the batteries needed changing. Other than that, it's been rock solid...it's even taken a few bad falls to the concrete without a wimper. And that's with only one application of the Deoxit/Progold.
