I have a light that uses 2 AA batteries that I need a driver for. It will be running a SEOUL P4 U bin emitter.
What driver(s) from the sandwich shoppe will work?
I would like to have at least 2 hours runtime when using two energizer or similar alkaline batteries.
I think that I can use the board diameter of .55 and make it work.
Any help greatly appreciated.

A Badboy 500 should do it for you.
Not sure of the capacity of your cells but if you've got 2000maH you'll run 2 1/2 hours calculate here http://theledguy.chainreactionweb.com/resistor_calc.php
At 500ma SSC runs 3.46v at 1.7w generating ~120emitter lumens according to Newbie's chart

If your light is a MiniMag make a sandwich with a emitter board and connectors also available from Sanwich Shoppe

IIRC NiMH cells work better than alkalines, they don't sag under load as much
From Wikipedia:
[An AA-sized alkaline battery might have an effective capacity of 3000 mAh at low power, but at a load of 1000 mA, which is common for digital cameras, the capacity could be as little as 700 mAh]
