Well, I fried LSS #306 by screwing it into a Scorpion body with a CR123 and an alkaline totaling a nominal 4.5 volts.
After the burial, Peter later posted that he did not recommend driving more than 3.2 V to the ARC LS as that any voltage over that level resulted in a straight pass-through of voltage. Presumably current would also be passed straight through at that leve.
