Ya Know after reading the threads on the aaa and LS there seems to be little doubt that ARC supports it's products in ways that I seldom see.
Recently I had my first need to deal with customer service, in the likes of Gransee himself, it was a wonderful experience. Dawn and Merri were most helpful.
For a very busy manufacturing company to expend the time and money to send us foam collars, new 123 shells, etc. is outstanding.
I have purchased several LS's and too many aaa's and am tickled enough to give some as gifts, as few as possible
