how to fix my wicked extreme 50mW laser ?

My laser last day stop working.
I can open the laser and see the little circuit. I am electrician (but never experience with lasers)
Can someone help me (give me instructions) how to find which part have the problem (circuit or diode)?

I have already ordered the dl viper 125mW but i also want to fix my old one if it is possible.

yes i have opened it. actually it stop working after i had opened it. but i didn't do anything wrong.
after some months the head of the laser got loosen and is moving up and down before the gold ring and the button go away from it's place, so i opend it to put the button in the right place and close it again, but after that it doesn't work.
