Atomic Chicken Surefire A2 Aviatrix LED Ring
I got my ATOMIC CHICKEN Surefire A2 LED Ring red/white in today.
Haven't had a chance to install or play with it yet but it looks like QUALITY work. :headbang:
Can't wait to get my BLOOD-TRACKER version
Bawko was very nice to deal with publicly and in emails
All you have to do is take one look at a picture of his work-area to see this is one detailed organized DUDE!
Let's spend our dollars with this guy and show him some support. Great things to come from this EE Guy!
Cheers!

Installed my Atomic Chicken LED ring today and
What an extremely well thought-out piece of equipment! Just reading the thorough directions will give you an idea what went into this lighting tool, WOW.
I could change out one of these things in 2 seconds now that I've done it but don't worry the directions walk you right through it. The function is very intuitive, especially for the flashlight savvy guys and galls we are… Very simple straight-forward operation with a short learning curve.
This is one great add-on for the camper or hiker or aviator or etc. Excellent low-light capabilities (mines 1 red LED and 2 white LED's) with the incandescent bulb and the special features ready at 6 fast clicks (Strobe – Beacon – SOS)

This is a test I did on the 1000mah (claimed) PROTECTED rechargeable Lithium Ion batteries from Lighthound.com.
These WILL fit the A2
________________________________________________________________
These preformed very poorly
The batteries were charged to around 3.4v on an UltraFire charger…
A2 = 8mins to Blinking and after 16 very DIM
Gladius = 22 min to Blinking Low Batt with around 20% reduced output
28 min below 50%
Cheers!
Surefire A2 LED's
Surefire A2 Incandescent
Stock LED's vs Aviatrix LED's coming up!
