Yes this has been tried many times and all that happens is the inkjet gets fouled up. The GITD particles are generally too large. The smallest particles in the 2-8um size might work but the glow would not last long so it would be pretty pointless.

Might be easier to print adhesive onto your paper and add a fine GID powder afterwards. Maybe even NOA could work if you could thin it with a solvent, print it, let the solvent evaporate, put your powder on, and expose it to UV to set it.
