Just cut your "Star", wire them, put a paper (punch a hole & cut like a donut) isolate the Cree + & -, put thermal "gel" in between (not epoxy), insert the reflectors, seal the bezel, that all, easy?

Download, nice idea.

Both parts of the heatsink are included, right?

Is the heatsink loose in the head, and held by compression from the lens?

The paypal interface got me messed up.

I sent paypal for, via registered mail:

A. Multi-Sink x2 = US$36
B. Diameter 17mm Cree MOP Metal reflector x5 = US$45 (3 set only)

I accidentally sent it with credit card payment to your cash only downtoload@gmail one. :awman:

I re-sent it via echeck to that one.
That's $176 for $88 worth of stuff. :(

Please refund the one that came from my credit card if it did clear.
It was my error.

A few questions before sending the funds :)

Do the stars need to be cut to fit 5 in?
Are the stars epoxied down, or just greased?
Could this be done with bare emitters rather than stars?

Thanks
