That Tir are too high for Mag D. You might use the demel to remove the Upper part of heatsink to reduce 2.5mm of total height.
Like the Fraen reflector sample.



Or no modification need, newly add reflectors like this:

3rd_shift used the "modified" Khatod - KCLP17CR reflectors. Diameter 17.5mm x 10.7mm Height ( enlarge the hole to fit Cree metal ring. ) It can fit 5 inside Mag head.

My drawing is Fraen - FRC-N1-XR79-0R, diameter is 19mm & 15.4mm Height.
If use this in Mag D, mod of heatsink base is necessary.

Please take a look the updated picture. You will see the Max. Height of each head room.

If your reflector is like this one:

Mag head can take 4 of it.
But, it is too high for Mag D with Multi-sink, you need to trim the base of heatsink by file.
Aluminum is soft, it will be 15mins hand file job.
Like the right pic below:
