I want to use a pair of them in a LF D26 HO-9 bulb (9v)!

I've never tried the LiFePO4, are they worth compared to the rcr123a?

I'm asking because HERE I get SHIPPED a pair of AW's rcr123a by 18$ or the Lifepo4 for $16...

It's hard to say since the LiFePO4 only has 500mAh, but the RCR123 has 750mAh which is higher except if they are protected then it may shutdown quicker. If you don't care about runtime I would consider the LiFePO4.

Think the LiFePO4 are also lower voltage - typically 3.2v instead of 3.7v - so that might be something to consider.
