Surefire EX1/E2L/E1L (new version)....I've finally handled them..

Okay..so I didn't get a chance to play with them..only saw them in their package..

First off..the catalog is off from that the packaging says..

E1L- 30lumens/17hrs
E2L- 45lumens/18hrs.. (why even bother with it?)

Optic looks kinda like an NX05..not sure what the beam looks like

I'll be dying to buy one myself

Unless SF completely screwed their regulation circuits, the E2L probably spends a lot more time in regulation than does the E1L. That should make it worth bothering with.

We really need runtime plots.

Any indication, that the heads are interchangeable? same markings maybe?

They look EXACTLY the same..I'll see if the E2L one has KX2 markings
