I need some info on these issues:

1. Can I put the McE2S two stage switch guts into the Z57 SureFire tailcap?
2. Or, can I put the guts of Z57 into McTC tailcap?
3. Do I need other parts to build those set up?

Thx in advance

The Z57 internals are not compatible with the McClicky switches.

1: Yes, you can.
2: No, you cannot.
3: No, to install the McE2S two stage switch, this kit:
http://theledguy.chainreactionweb.com/product_info.php?products_id=962

you must first dismantle the Surefire z57, take the original switch out.
The kit also comes with a plastic jam nut (says so in the description!), and you must make this plastic jam nut as thin as the ledge around the original Surefire switch that you just took out.
Also you must file the threads on this plastic jam nut so that you can drop it into the z57 tailcap where the switch resided originally, then install the rubber-cap and the metal retaining lock nut.
Now you install the McE2S switch assembly from the inside, the side towards the batteries, as described in the installation-instructions for the McE2S switch.
And it works!
The original Surefire switch can only be used in the Surefire tailcap, it has no threads to install it in an Aleph or McGizmo tailcap, and the ledge around it is too thick to make it fit between these tailcaps and the body, they cannot screw down enough.
(It is possible, but requires some work to be done with the switch. And thinning this ledge on the switch too much makes the switch too fragile to take the use it is meant for.)
