Has anyone tried to swap emitter in rexlight?

With all the Q5's and soon to come R bin crees has anyone tried a swap? Just wondering how to desolder both sides at the same time?

After looking at the "pill" in my rex 2.0 I can see it's EZ to replace the star.(it's not epoxied in or nothing) but the star is an odd size,16mm.What'll ya think I can do? Cut down a larger star?I could use some ideas here.Any suggestions would be great.

I can't say for sure, but I think, like the P4s eventually the Q5s will be available on the little boards.
