Got one on my keychain. I think you may have covered all the uses, but I'll try to come up with another.

A fine little gizmo that saw the American GI's through a few wars and helped keep them sane. Google P-38 and it's not the one with wings and propellers.

That's an impressive list of functions! Never heard of the P-38 and after clicking on that link, my first thought was "WTH, it's just a regular can opener". But I read it and I see that it folds. Ok, have to admit that's a very handy feature, a normal can opener would probably be a bit more painful keychain item. Speaking of which:

Now, does anybody make a titanium version with a locking, spring-loaded blade?

Yep I carry the P-38 and the larger (P-50?) at all times. Only problem is the snag me once in a while but I try to keep heat shrink slid down on the sharp part.

I always have one with me. I also store a needle in the groove with a piece of tape to cover it. In five years, it has never come off or poked thru. Having the wire to keep the blade shut also protects the needle well.

Mine has been used as a mini prybar too. My buddy just bought 1000 of them

I use a tiny rubber o-ring to keep the blade down

Dang! You're the P38 king!

I did chuckle at use #31..."knocking on doors" ... lol you wouldn't want to get caught somewhere knocking on a door without your P38...hehe :)
