Lighthound has two different types of Nyogel for their flashlight threads.
My question is which type should I get for my Surefire flashlights, since they are in need of some serious lube and cleaning. Also does anyone know what is a good cleaner for the outside of the lights, (they have gotten pretty dirty,) without doing any type of damage to the windows of the lights or o-rings? TIA!!

I use the Nyogel 760G for my Al lights and it works great. I got a 2oz tube from CPF member lumiphile over in the marketplace for $9 shipped.

I also use Nyogel 760G, works well.

I think you can clean the light with any mild soap. I would probably use diluted Simple Green and an old toothbrush for the knurling.

These questions come up very often. You can probably find a lot of info on these topics by doing a search.

If you are planning on using this lube for Ti lights, you might want to consider the Krytox blend since it seems to make the threads much smoother. Check out the link in my sig.
