I want to confirm my interest in an EN Plated Polished Blocky Boy with a stippled reflector. I'm looking froward to getting it - it really is a great looking light.

I'm not sure which emitter / engine I want ... I'm going to see other peoples views on this and will update later if that is ok. At the end of the day, that's not going to be what really drives me on this light so I can be flexible. I'm looking for very bright...but not so much current that the light gets very hot or the led is damaged.

What are the benefits of the Nexgen vs GD?

The NexGen is boost converter and was designed primarily for primary CR123s. The GD is a buck/boost converter designed for use with rechargeable or primary CR123s.

Hmmm . . . is it possible to change my preference from HAIII to EN polished? I'll take it either way, but if it is still possible, I'll go with EN polished.

If possible I would like a Flupic polished before plating, and with a smooth reflector. And if by chance somehow you find yourself with a Q5 or R2 bin Cree slap that in there.

I guess if I want low light I always have my U2.

Your canceled light was already spoken for, but since Bullzeyebill has canceled his indication, then white light gets first crack at it.

Re the Flupic driver that Cuso requested--he PM'ed me early in the Blocky Boy saga and asked if he could get a Flupic installed. As it turned out, I had a couple that I had snagged from goldserve when he was having his sale, so I agreed to put the Flupic in Cuso's Blocky Boy.

For all others, please note that the Flupic driver is not an option, so don't ask for it.

If you have a Flupic, feel free to let me know and I can sell you a BB without an installed driver and LED, and you can install it in the converter module yourself.
