CR2032 vs. CR2016?

What is the difference between these cells? AFAIK they are both 3v lithium of approx. the same size. Are they slightly different sizes, or different capacities; or both?

CR 2032 20mm X 3.2mm 2016 20mm X 1.6mm.
One is twice as thick and twice the capacity.

2032 is twice the thickness of 2016, and has roughly double the capacity. Same voltage and diameter.
