Must be a typo on the web page...reads "Input: AC 9V @ 5A".
Five AMPS for 100mW output?
Something definitely smells rotten in {insert country of choise} about the 5 amp value here. :sick2:

maybe it's a 50mW boosted to hell??:poof:

(just emailed them about this perhaps a typo...)

Is it the fact that it's a module why you are interested in it? I ask because you can get a similarly powerful 650nm laser diode out of a $30 DVD burner and have it run on 3VDC without the need for "5" amps. Though I assume that it must be a typo, 5 amps is a lot of a 100mW laser diode!
