I have an old accord EXR 93 model. I believe the car use H003 bulb.
Does the term H003 refer to HB3 ?

HB3 is the same as 9005. This is a common high-beam lamp.
I used to have a '93 Accord, it used HB4/9006 lamps for the low-beams.
Check this fitting guide. I don't know why, but they're relatively difficult to find online.
