That looks very interesting. Appears to be a self contained Lithium Ion powered UPS type system with built in inverter. I wonder what the capacity/runtime is on that thing. Neat. Will have to call my Duracell rep and ask about it.

here is the spec sheet on it
http://www.duracellpower.com/datasheets/powersource-mobile-100.pdf
and the advertisment
http://www.duracellpower.com/powerpacks/powersource-mobile-100.asp

probably has in it 3 fat li-polys or 6 x 18650s, has about 40 watts of available power.
runs like any cheap AC converter , off car battery or its internal batteries, charges via the ac charger or via a car plug.

i would like to know what planet these guys live on when they say this

Handheld power tools: drills, jigsaws, sanders and buffers
Household appliances: compact microwave ovens, bread makers, food processors, small bar refrigerators, small vacuum cleaners, fluorescent and incandescent lights, sewing machines and fans

ok i will give them the incadescent light, the fan and a tiny vaccume, mabey a sewing machine on a good day, but the rest of them soak up power for a living :) and would not run via this thing at all, some of the items listed even in the "super compact" version of them have 500-1000W power consumption. i guess they missed the hair dryer and toaster :) if your going to BS might as well do it big.
