Does anyone know anything about these 10W HIDs?

I got an email from all-battery regarding a sale... with 10W HIDS for 179 after coupon... Anyone know anything about these lights? Output? Build? Seems really cheap for pocket HID

After picking up a couple of the Sams HID's I have the hid bug so I too am very interested in these lights. I am curious as to what the run time is on one of these as i did not see that information in the specifications. It would be really nice to see that this 10 Watt hid setup running three 18650s would have a few hours of run time atleast but I am probably dreaming.

Anyone out there have this information by change or experience with this light?
