questions answered about SL Tasklights

here is the corraspondance that I have been having with the chief engeneer at Streamlight.

The 3AA has a 1.5 ohm resistor in series with the Luxeon.
I told my technician to work in a run with AA nickel cadmiums - I'll
let you know when I get the info.

are dangerous. people who buy this light to use every day will want to

. they may just have a step up though. this entire line of lights is

neat.

I am primarily interested in the 3AA luxeon Tasklight. If you add a
resistor
, then NIMH can be used. I hope it is not too late to do this.
