Pila GL3 LED Replacements?

I know that Pila sells an LED module for the GL3, but it is only 120 lumens and appears to be unregulated. Does anyone know whether there is a brighter and/or regulated LED module that will fit the GL3? I would love to upgrade mine.

I've installed Cree Q5 modules in my Surefires and now my Pila is seriously jealous.

In the GL3 it runs regulated on 300P's, but not on CR123's.
