Every time I think I've seen the most beautiful Luce, Fred outdoes himself. Gorgeous!
My knurled Luce pales in comparison, but she is still my most prized light.

Yes, they can be ordered--please send me an e-mail at the address in my signature and let me know what you might be interested in. And I can send you my price list for the standard Luci.

Just a note though--you need to source your Trit sphere somewhere else--I'm not allowed to sell any Tritium products.

I can't resist. Fred made this for me a while back. Anodized titanium, green trit and my lousy attempts at photography don't do it justice!! Oh and here's an idea... I couldn't make up my mind about green or blue for the trit, so I bought one of each and he mounted them both to reflectors so they are swappable.

I am so getting one of these, wyldthng what makes the circles on the side of yours appear blue? Is that inset glass or enamel or what? Looks like it will be feb/march before Bort gets the orbs to power one for me though.

The dimples are anodized. That's why the Ti is colored.

    Jochen,

Wow, you are a brave man leaving the sphere exposed like that, but I must say it looks fantastic!

Fred, leaving the sphere such exposed was not planned, but the sphere was too big to go deeper into the reflector.
But I have to say that I really love the look of this "eyeball" :-)
The top of the sphere is still behind the front metal ring so I do not see a too big risk.

Thanks so much again for making this happen, even it take so long that the sphere already lost nearly half of it's brightness ;-)
It was totally worth the wait!

First offers are already coming per PM, but as long as there is not a really insane one this luce will be a for life keeper...

The tails are made of sculpted acrylic - this one is much fancier than the one I had a couple years ago!
Marduke - Solitaire...I've seen matches which are brighter AND have a longer runtime. 光陰矢の如し
