Is the picture of the SMJLED2 at the Shoppe attached to a heatsink, or is that that converter board. If purchased, would I receive what is pictured, or simply the pinned bulb?

Is the SMJLED2 brighter than the Nichia DS? Looking to replace a few keychain LEDs with the brighter one of the two.
