Flamethrowing flashlight!

Did anyone see this on Cnet? The video of the flashlight igniting the pile of paper is pretty impressive. That must be one hellaciously bright beam!

i have something that does that already, it's called a "lighter". i think the brand is bic. it's pretty sweet. lights just about anything on fire.

That looks like Mac's "The Torch", unless this "Torch" happens to be the same purported 4100 lumens with the same name.

Perhaps the similarity is coincidental.

The reference is to a different light, although it is fairly similar and I believe Mac has had some involvement with it. There is an existing thread about it, so I'll close this one and you can continue there.
