Someone's gonna say it. Might as well be me. Have you considered the Arc AAA? It isn't as small as the lights you mention, but fits well on a keychain and has a number of advantages over those lights.
Performance aside, I actually prefer my Arc. It falls well to hand when reaching into my pocket. Smaller would be worse.

Yes, in fact I already have an Arc AAA. I am wanting to get a light for a friend for his birthday and those coin cell lights have the widest range of colors. Also, he already has an Arc AAA too. Thanks anyway. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Since you already have an Arc, it seems the Photon III would be a good choice since it has several modes. The Inova and PT would be the same as the arc but unregulated.
