Gerber 22-80108 Nitrus Microlight

I searched and could not find any reviews on this little light. Forgive me if there is a writeup on it, and please direct me there.

Just curious if any one else on here has this light. Seemed to attract my attention by its small key chain size. Appears to be ok with the exception of the CR2 battery. Dont remember the price on CR2's; will look it up.

If it were CR123 I might consider it. A 2.6 inch long housing should be able to house a CR123. If they did their homework, they could have designed a boost circuit around a 1AA cell or 2xAAA in parallel. I Don't think 18 Lumens would be that difficult to achieve from ~1.2 Volts. 18 Lumens:thumbsdow... too bright and blinding for night dilated vision yet too dim for anything else.

I'd take an E01, IU, Microstream or Nano over it.
