Got my Pentagonlight L3 today

After some kind members smacked me around in another thread and got my head right about a weapon light, I ordered a Pentagonlight L3 Luxeon LED to mount on my M4. I tried it out briefly today and compared it to a Streamlight TLR-1, and I didn't notice a huge difference in brightness, although the Pentagon has a much wider spill, which I like.

Someone mentioned an emitter mod for the L3; I'll have to look into that and see if it's beyond my abilities. (At the very least, I need to buy a better solder gun.)

Thanks for the help. I'll be back for more. Next up, a strike bezel and LED drop-in for my SF 6P, and/or a KL head.
