12 volt 1-2 amp NiMH charger

Can anyone recoment a quality 12 volt 1 to 2 amp NiMH charger. There are tons of chargers through out the web and I have tried a handfull but most fall short of being a quality charger. A charger with Dv, Dt cutoff and charge indicators is needed.

We tried this one, it does not fully charge pack
