Sold/Expired Wanted: Minimag Scorcher

Either a built unit, or someone can get creative with this purty pewter host I have here. I have not the time to do it myself (posting from work as we speak!)

Prefer to spend ~ 50 USD, if possible...

Are you referring to the AuroraLite conversion? A search of the forums returned no matches on "minimag scorcher". Do a search on AuroraLite. The AuroraLite conversion is decent. I have three running Carley H1499s.

LightHound carries the AuroraLite kit but they are out of stock.

I'm sorry, I almost completely forgot I started this.

Then I looked at my poor, underfed minimag host again...

By "scorcher" I refer to no particular type of mod. That Auroralite looks hot (NPI) but, as you said, is out of stock.

Therefore, I seek a pro/am, as it were, from these fora, to build my "scorcher"

I'd like to stay incandescent, although that limits my options, does it not?

Does anyone know someone who can do this? I also have a semi-old Cabela's optic'ed LuxIII light that I'd like to see if someone can brighten up as well...or help source a new optic (the original is plastic/lexan or something and scratched all to h-e-double hockeysticks)
