I just noticed that both use the same UI.
Are those 2 come from the same manufacture.?

do not think so.

the price difference is just to big.

first there wast the LF2($45)
then there was the lightmania(i think $115) which was indeed an improved lf2

now there is the lf2x which i think is better than the arcmania price/performance wise.

i think somebody did some reverse engineeering on the lf2

LF2 and extreme micro use the same electronik. The extreme micros body should be tougher.

Arcmania actually worked with Liteflux to obtain the electronics. AFAIK he housed them in a unique body that he had made, and as worldedit said, it has a tough type III finish. It also uses a special reflector sized to work with the Rebel 100, which is driven by the Liteflux circuit. The circuit (probably an inductor component - but this is a guess) was tweaked according to each LED's particular Vf. The result is the brightest AAA light with a longer runtime at a given brightness setting than any of the Liteflux lights, again AFAIK anyway. It is another in a long line of high performance, small lights from Arcmania, and my favorite EDC.

that's more than i thought.

i knew the interface was the same but that they also use the exact hardware.

i know this happens a lot with chinese companies.

they get hired to produce something and sell of the exact same hardware to somebody else.
