E2DL TAILCAP

Does anyone know if they improved this tailcap or if its the same old flimsy E2D tailcap?

I just received my E2DL 10 minutes ago from www.BATTERYJUNCTION.com and I'm in love. I could careless if it were dual stage. When it was originally announced it was first revealed as 120 lumens and thats what I was aiming for. I was not aware that the tailcap was remodeled. The latest SureFire I have purchase besides the E2DL is the BACKUP E1B and that tailcap contains the same exact guts that the E2DL tailcap. At first I just assumed since the E1Bs tailcap is designed differently with the non-knurling design I figured the guts were unique to that one tailcap. O wells I'm very happy with the new tailcaps.
