This light was built for a forum member so it's not for sale :)

-FiveMega Host with 3" head
-3x Seoul P7 LEDS
-3x MCR27XR reflectors
-TaskLed's D2DIM Driver Board for either 5 levels or completely variable UI's
-Powered by 3x AW's "C" Li-Ion cells
-Massive Custom Heatsink

The MCR27's do a fairly well job with the P7's. Sorry no beamshots as I simply do not have time :(

The Led's are centered the pictures make it look as if they are not.

What a beauty! Now that's how a multi P7 should look like. Clean build as always, just how I like them!

Mac please spill something on the heatsink face and make one of your solder joints dry. A small scratch and perhaps a fingerprint on the lens would also go a long way to making the rest of us feel adequate.
Many thanks- looks reaaaaaly good.

I think he works in a dust-free lab. :twothumbs

Wonder who's that lucky member.

Anyone know how hot something like this would get?

It will get hot but with any of these Super LED mods common sense goes along way. This is not a light you do a full blast runtime test unattended :)

Mac

can it run for 5 or 10 minutes in you hand no problem?

I know thats not the point of the thread, but I kinda want to build a tri-P7 and am wondering how practical it is.
