For me, sometime I need a powerful flood light like 5x Cree for 1-2m close range jobs. A nice diffuser will be very useful in this situration.

Or when my car broke down in the middle of highway. A yellow or even "blue" :shakehead filter with strong Strobe would be :nana:.

Does the hood screw down in place of the bezel? My aspheric Mag is getting seriously scratched from laying on its side. I need it to bezel stand.

If the hood marks 55mm, it will screw all the way down. :devil:
Check the height of the hood is enough to cover aspheric lens first.
