I just wanted to thank Gene Malkoff publicly for his
great customer service.

Long story short. I contacted Gene with a problem, and he made sure that I was taken care of.

He's the type of person that I am happy to do business with.

Unfortunately for my wallet, because Gene and Cathy are so awsome, I own 4 M60/L/LL drop-ins and I'm fighting hard not to get some more...
