Very nice...![]()
Superorb,
lighthound should have some GITD O-rings for sale, I like them in this arrangement as well. I have one on my Ti Aleph 19

I'm not sure about the SF that nein has, but my GITD o-ring is used for keeping the dust/lint out of the tight "trench" that forms between the body and head of my flashlight. GITD is mainly used for that added fun factor, or as a cheaper alternative to tritium.

How are you guys getting all those Tritium vials into the flashlights? Do you machine out a slot and then epoxy the vial?

DaFABRICATA, did you use a milling machine to make that slot in your nitecore D10 for the tritium? It appears to be very nicely done. what size was used?
This is awesome DaFab!!!![]()
How are you guys milling the bodies, or are you buying them that way?

I believe we all got them from CPF member Bart. Look for his tritium thread.
Marduke - Solitaire...I've seen matches which are brighter AND have a longer runtime. 光陰矢の如し
I do not have many lights with trits, only this:

Very very nice shot...![]()
Looks like I lost track of this thread.
Superorb for the upper left flashlight(Milky L-1:Hybrid L2 head w/K2 TFFC) in my picture I used superglue to hold the Trit in the Surefire Clip. Like FrogMan said the GITD O-ring lays in the "Trench"
Here is a better view of my ML-1
Most lights with Trits come with a slot milled into the light at time of manufacture. This is the case with the McGizmo PR-T below. Then the Trits are often epoxied into the slot with Norland 61(UV activated) or Devcon 2 Ton(2 part epoxy). A better look is achieved this way as superglue tends to frost and obscure the trit.
The GITD Orings came from ?PFMedic? I think an old thread in the Marketplace. I haven't seen it recently
