These Kingpower lights are thick, and feel solidly built. So I thought I would beat it up a bit. Here is the video:

Evidently they don't have reverse polarity protection?

This info was on the FAQs on the Kingpowerlight.com website:

"Please put the battery's anode (+) side towards the light's head. Reverse polarity may damage the circuit."

I just checked this light out on light-reviews: http://www.light-reviews.com/kingpower_k1/ and that stainless bezel looks TOUGH! I'm not a fan of reverse clickies but this still sounds like a solid working light.

And FWIW, no your accent ain't bad at all, just pure smooth south. There's just alot of Yanks here on CPF (including me

).

Not for Alabama. I lived in Montgomery for 9 years and never did pick up the accent. That really took me back.

Believe it or not, but there are people around here that speak with a much

"stronger" accent than I do. My daughter calls it speaking "HeeHaw". lol

Don't insult the man, he's obviously way smarter and a whole lot more classy than Billy Ray Virus. There's nothing wrong with his accent.
