One of the stars on this light has the rebel domes torn off. They work fine and due to the partially missing domes have a warmer tone that the other LED's. These where nice warmer tint LED's to start with. If you need a portable Flood light then this is it. The head does get warm after a few minutes on high as with any high performance light like this one you can't just turn it on high and leave it unattended. If the head gets hot to the touch then turn it down a level or 2

The bargain basement price is due to he torn off LED domes This light is prices at what I had into the parts. The 6 hours labor was free

toby, I so totally agree... I have a couple of Mac's lights and his workmanship is astoundingly GOOD!!!! .In fact, I think I'm spoilt by the quality of his lights...
