what will you be using the RCR123's for, high current, or low current applications? Read the vaious threads on rechargeable CR123's. Google, CPF only, at the top of every CPF page, typing in RCR123, rechargeable CR123, or any variation, to find your info. You need to do lots of your own research to find out the merits, disadvantages of RCR123's, safety issues, charging issues, etc. More than you learn in one thread.

What is best depends on what you want to use the cells for. Certain lights will only take certain types of cells.
