New Flashlight Mount

Can anybody identify what kind of flashlight mount this is and where I can get one like it? Twofish has some good stuff but this looks solid.



I was also wondering if anyone's seen a good system for stem mounting that will pan and tilt.

I can tell ya, twofish is great; why fix what aint broke. I've had zero issues running the 1x14500, 1AA and 2AA lights I use on occasion (when I'm not burning down the barn with my cateye).

Good holder for lights with wider body is this cheap rubber one from dx.
