Is $1.38 a piece a good deal on 48 Panasonic CR123A batteries? A total of $66.70 with S/H. Did I luck out? Or could I have done better else where?

I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned the current sale at Lighthound.com

Performance is close or equal to Panasonics.

Rayovac 123's for $1.05 each (any quantity) and free shipping on orders over $75. I received 100 of them the other day.

Or:
72 batteries for $75.60 shipped!

Found the Panasonics on E-bay. Am splitting them with my two brothers. Didn't know Lighthound had them that cheap. Thanks for that info.I'll have to check them out. My old A2 (#A04735) likes Panasonics.

Make sure they are legitimate Panasonic cells. There are a fair amount of Panasonic fakes being sold on eBay.

Check for spelling mistakes on the labels when you get them.

The Rayovac CR123 like the ones being sold at Lighthound are made by Panasonic.

If that's the right place to be looking, why wasn't it there last week when I ordered mine?

Because you did not put it there.

Whoever finds it first should put it there for others to read.

Anyways, thanks for letting us all know.

Got the batteries today. Yes they are Panasonics and are dated 2017.
