Don't you just love working with Stellite?

I have found that when you are grinding it nothing happens in a big hurry so there is lots of time to adjust your grind. Sure beats grinding something like 440C or ATS where in a couple of seconds you have ground too far.

The other thing I like is the fact that it doesn't have to be heat treated so you can go directly from the grind to finishing the handle, instant gratification.

Looks Great

Thanks George.

This was the last knife in a run of stellite. Near the end of the run it was normal working with the stuff and I found the ceramic belts worked pretty damn well on it.
