Test the capacity of batteries?

I just had fun gutting 13 laptop battery packs (of which, only 8 dead cells), leaving me with 51 18650's, and 62 17670's. Yes, I know it's overkill, lol. The plan was to possibly sell the batteries if anyone is interested (once I figure out the capacity of the batteries).

I am wondering where I can get one of those battery chargers/dischargers that also tells you what the capacity of the battery is.

Lol. Good idea

I should be fine leaving them alone when discharging, right (so I can let it work overnight)?

I have a regular Li-Ion charger, which doesn't overcharge the batteries at all, so when I want to be able to leave em alone, I just toss em in there (max they've ever hit is 4.19v)
